Product container

This project increased the capacity for sterile filtration and filling of various products. For the purpose of storing the product from purification, three new stirred tanks were installed in an existing building above the filling plant. The containers are equipped with a vibromixer for mixing liquids in under sterile conditions. The mixing function is created by transmitting vibration to a stirrer plate with several conical holes. Thanks to the Bernoulli effect, this vibration causes the liquid to move up or down through the conical holes.
All containers are cleaned using CIP and a dedicated so-called CIP satellite and sterilized using clean steam.
To accelerate the cooling process after steam sterilization and thus increase productivity, TTSol has developed a multi-stage pressure relief concept using vacuum.

The planning and construction of this plant posed great challenges in terms of process technology and spatial coordination. TTSol was entrusted with the project as a partner familiar with the localities and conditions. Our integrated approach also proved to be a significant added value for the customer in this project.
The plant technology was successfully planned and implemented in accordance with the high demands of architecture and coordination and the high GMP requirements.
