Extension of pure water systems

The Sisu Water project will ensure pharmaceutical water needs for the next few years with the replacement and installation of additional pure water generators and additional storage and distribution capacity. Highly Purified Water (HPW) generators and storage tanks will be installed on the second basement level.
In order not to interfere with ongoing production operations, the new systems must be set up in parallel with the existing systems. In addition to technical and organizational challenges, the special requirements of planning in existing buildings must be mastered. In this case, the as-built survey is carried out by means of 3D laser scanning. The real objects are captured with millimeter accuracy, which enables high quality 3D plant design even in very limited space.

The planning and construction of these facilities in existing buildings and in ongoing operations posed major challenges in terms of spatial and operational coordination. TTSol was entrusted with the project as a partner familiar with the localities and conditions. The customer benefited from our integrated approach to existing projects.
