Process and cleaning chemicals

With the Protinus project, the production capacity of CSL’s Privigen® (Human Immune Globulin Intravenous – IgPro10) product was increased at the Bern site with a new building and two additional modular plants.
The process and cleaning chemicals are fed from the existing central chemical storage facility. The eight different chemicals are kept in daily storage containers, which are located in the multi-story building on the third basement level. From there, the process and cleaning systems on the production floors are supplied.
The planning and implementation was carried out in compliance with the regulations and requirements for safety such as KVU, ATEX, etc..

Due to the very short realization time, the client decided to realize the project with established and experienced planning companies. TTSol was contracted to design the chemicals as a proven competent partner familiar with the customer’s requirements.
